SBRG

Sb Research Group (SBRG) is a multidisciplinary university project that aims to study the architecture, geometry, shape and materials of ancient structures in Europe as well as the development of knowledge from the viewpoint of anthropological and historical discoveries made in this context.

SBRG is a multidisciplinary team mainly from Italian Universities and in particular: University of Trieste - Dipartimento Universitario Clinico di Scienze Mediche, Chirurgiche e della Salute, section of Archeologia Odontoiatrica - and Politecnico of Milan – Department of Architettura e Pianificazione,  Facoltà di Architettura e Società.

SB Research Group collaborates with public institutions and private foundations by interdisciplinary methods of study, that is by several scientific points of view: anthropologic, architectural, town planning, geologic and , physics, historic and archaeological.

At the same time this project of research is connected to a diligent study of sites’ context that we are investigating. So the architectural shape will be report to population’s history and its genetic code, for following its life from prehistory to nowadays. This innovative way will provide new instruments for further discussion about European evolution in local contexts and for dissemination of our findings.

A present SBRG  is working in Bosnian and Herzegovinian territory  and  Croatian land by several projects of cooperation and research.
